Hydrogel Crosslinking Buffers

Hydrogel Crosslinking buffers are 10x concentrates of cell-compatible buffers, that allow efficient crosslinking. When diluted to a 1x concentration they have a cell-compatible osmolality of 290-320 mOsmol/kg. They are supplied at a pH of 7.2 for slow-forming and hyaluronic acid-based hydrogels. For fast gelling hydrogels they have a pH value of 5.5.
